WHAT DO WE DO?
Sommerville and Son's inspects top to bottom, inside and out. We do a through inspection of the home so you have a complete and total understanding of what you are purchasing. We offer Thermal Imaging so you can better see what is going on behind the walls and in the ceiling. We also do Pre-Listing Inspections so you as seller know what you have and if there are any issues you can repair to help sell your home faster.
Sommerville and Son's Inspections does mobile home inspections. Some inspectors are scared because they don't know much about mobile homes. We know mobiles and are happy to give it a through inspection.

We offer Pre-Listing Inspections, New Home Inspections, Home Inspections, 11-month Warranty Inspections and Mobile Home Inspections. We offer Thermal Imaging which the technique of using the heat given off by an object to produce an image of it, to locate possible water leaks, or missing insulation. We offer Sprinkler Testing and Pool Testing also.
